WELCOME TO HOT LUNCH 2026–2027!VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!Our Hot Lunch Program is run with the help of our amazing parent and family volunteers, and we need your help! If you have a little time to spare, we are looking for volunteers to help with Hot Lunch on selected Fridays throughout the school year. Volunteer Time: Approximately 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM Interested in helping? Simply check the “Volunteer” box when placing your Hot Lunch order, or email us at ecvshotlunch@gmail.com. FALL HOT LUNCH IS NOW OPEN!Families can now place their Fall Hot Lunch orders. PAYMENT INFORMATIONAll orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of ordering. Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted Payment MethodsE-Transfer Send payment to: ecvshotlunch@gmail.com In the message section of your e-transfer, please include either: - Your Hot Lunch User ID, or
- The parent/guardian name listed on your Hot Lunch account.
Credit Card Credit card payments can be made through our Bambora payment system. Please note: E-transfer and Bambora are the only accepted payment methods.
IMPORTANT HOT LUNCH INFORMATIONREFUNDSAll Hot Lunch orders are non-refundable once ordered.PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONSOccasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to product availability or supply issues. Unfortunately, we sometimes do not find out about these shortages until the morning of Hot Lunch. We will always do our best to source the original item from another location; however, sometimes substitutions are unavoidable. For example, if chocolate milk is unavailable, it may be substituted with white milk. Refunds will not be provided for reasonable substitutions. IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENTIf your child will be absent on a Hot Lunch day, please notify your child's homeroom teacher and let them know what you would like done with the lunch. You may choose to: - Pick up the lunch at the school on Hot Lunch day. Pick-up is available beginning at 12:00 PM.
- Donate the lunch to another student in the classroom or school.
If the homeroom teacher does not receive instructions from you, the lunch will be donated to a student in need rather than being thrown away.
